Montecristo is the best known and probably the most popular cigarbrand of the world. Its name is due to Alexandre Dumas, whos novel was the long time favourite of the torcedores in the H.Upmann manufacture, where the story of success 1935 began.Nowadays the assortment of Montecristo has a cigar for nearly everyone, allthough primary only No1 to No5 was planned.
For the charecteristic Montecristo-blend only leaves from the Vuelta Abaja Region are used.
The Open Serie of Montecristo uses a milder blend of tabacoo, therefore its perfect for those who try an Habano for the first time.
