Vegas Robaina Cigars

The Robaina family has been growing tobacco continuously since 1845 in their superb vegas (tobacco fields) in Cuchillas de Barbacoa. These are in the San Luis area, which is in the middle of the Vuelta Abajo tobacco-growing zone.
The Vegas Robaina brand was launched in 1997 in honor of all Cuban vegueros (tobacco growers), symbolized by arguably the most famous veguero, Don Alejandro Robaina. This was already famous during his lifetime for his excellent wrappers.
