Over the past few years, the Turrent family has stored the best tobacco from each harvest and reserved it for the "1880". All tobacco used for the “1880” cigars have matured for at least ten years. Tobacco from the same harvest and fermentation are always used for each batch produced. The "Casa Turrent 1880" line is only presented in one format, namely as a Doble Robusto, but offers four different blends and wrappers: "Claro", "Colorado", "Oscuro" and "Maduro". All four come up with unmistakable and complex aromas. There is a suitable blend for every taste.
If you are a fan of slightly milder cigars, go for the “Claro”. It is the gentlest of the four and delivers floral-nutty notes that are wonderfully underlined by wooden aromas.
