Mac Baren HH Rustica Flake pipe tobacco

.For several centuries, the tobacco used at HH Rustica has no longer been used as pipe tobacco. The English settlers found the rustica tobacco in North America in 1607 and saw how the native Indians smoked the tobacco in clay pipes.

The new HH Rustica contains a large amount of Nicotiana Rustica. The difference between the Rustica 400 years ago and that used today at HH Rustica is that the modern Rustica is sun-dried and retains the natural sugar in tobacco.

A Dark Virignia and a little Burley have also been added to create a balanced mix.
The Dark Virginia is an air and fire dried tobacco with a light smoky note, and the Burleys complete the mix. The flake tobacco is hot pressed. This special process combines the flavors to a unique and interesting taste. The smoking experience is soft and round in taste and has an intense power.
