The Devil’s Cut Pipe, inspired by a whiskey barrel, enjoys cult status. The demand exceeds the limited supply, because due to the lack of large bruyere blocks, Kopp pipes only receive small quantities that are quickly sold out. A solution had to be found. In the year 2024, they therefore presented the coveted model for the first time in a variant made of olive wood. The brushed surface develops an exceptional patina with a lively relief over time. But then they had another idea: in the same year, in cooperation with a German producer, they developed a heat-resistant use of pressed carbon – an innovation that opens up completely new possibilities. This graphite cone is tasteless and odourless and can be cleaned effortlessly. The construction of a coal layer is no longer necessary. And the best thing: The pipe never gets hot. They combined this insert with ash wood from South America.
