Barrels from Jamaica and Nicaragua.
Rum can be given its name after distillation (blanc) and only gets its fine taste and color when it matures in wooden barrels.
The more intense the taste will be, the longer the rum matures in barrels. The age of our two rums in the "Double Cask" is not revealed, but it is always worth thinking about it over a glass.
